Pfizer PULLS ads from Twitter after Elon Musk takes over

The pharmaceutical giant known for Advil and Covid vaccines has stopped advertising on the social media platform.

Pfizer has joined a slew of large companies in pausing advertising on Twitter, just days after the social media platform was acquired by Elon Musk, as reported by the New York Post.

Pfizer made a name for itself during the Covid pandemic for its vaccines. It made use of Twitter’s platform to advertise its products.

However, it is not the only company to pull ads from the social media platform after Elon Musk took charge. General Mills and Audi have also followed suit.

Additionally, Interpublic Group, considered one of the “big four” advertising firms, recommended that its clients pause ads on Twitter.
