Residents of Canada’s largest city gathered in front of the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) to demand free speech for Jordan Peterson.
Hundreds of protesters gathered in Toronto on Wednesday to denounce the treatment Jordan Peterson has received from the psychologist’s college.
Peterson has been ordered by the college to undergo a mandatory “media training program,” due to online communications the college deemed to be inappropriate.
Peterson has remained defiant and insisted that the college is infringing on his right to free speech.
Hundreds of Torontonians appear to share his view, and took to the streets outside the CPO office in Toronto to show their solidarity with Peterson’s right to speak freely.
Seen in the crowd were placards emphasizing the importance of free speech. Other placards attacked Justin Trudeau.
