Alec Baldwin is a free man after shooting and killing another person on the set of his movie.
The Santa Fe district attorney has dropped all charges against actor Alec Baldwin, according to multiple media outlets.
Daily Wire commentator Candace Owens took issue with the “Democrat” actor walking away scot-free, calling the move “positively criminal” in a recent Twitter post.
Owens took aim at the fact Baldwin “shot and killed someone on the set of him own movie” and will “never have to face charges.”
The commentator tied the dropped charges to his affiliation with the Democrat party and his wealth.
Baldwin, who is now in his mid-60s, was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in relation to the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins back in Oct. 2021.
The actor’s high-powered lawyers were “pleased” with the results, according to a statement.
