A known member of far-left Antifa claimed she has ties to the Trudeau government on a newly released recording.
Independent journalist The Pleb dropped what appeared to be a bombshell on Tuesday, releasing audio that purportedly connects Antifa member Deana Sherif to the Trudeau government.
In the tape, Sherif claims that she receives payouts from the Trudeau government.
Sherif later stated during a podcast that she was “joking” and her claims of receiving money from the Trudeau government were not meant to be taken seriously.
Fellow Antifa member Joe Morin appears to agree with her claims in a short clip posted to Twitter.
This is not the first time an influential politician or businessman was accused of funding the far-left movement known as Antifa.
George Soros has been accused of funding Antifa in the United States, but those claims have been disputed by fact-checkers.
Soros, like Trudeau, is the object of genuine criticism. However, some of the conspiracy theories regarding him are completely baseless.
