VIDEO: Danielle Smith rejects safe supply, vows to give addicts access to recovery programs

The premier of Alberta refuses to enable people’s drug addictions.

Danielle Smith, the recently elected premier of Alberta, is rejecting calls to provide opioids to drug addicts.

Instead, Smith is focused on providing treatment programs to help people get off of drugs completely.

The premier pointed to British Columbia and its Liberal drug policies, saying there’s “no evidence” safe supply programs are effective.

In response, the left-wing media devoured Smith, painting her as a villain for rejecting alternative treatment options.

According to the premier, “there’s no such thing as a safe supply of fentanyl.”
