The MSM continues to advocate for some of the worst people in society, child abusers included.
Just when you think the mainstream media couldn’t stoop any lower, a Canadian news outlet takes the depravity to another level.
On Friday, Canadian “news” outlet the Globe and Mail published an article claiming that conservatives take pedophilia too seriously.
The author Michael Coren, who happens to be an Anglican priest (of all things), cites the fact he has been accused of being a child sex abuser on social media.
He then points to the anti-Trudeau protesters who frequently accuse the prime minister of being a pedophile. Coren then goes on to slam the widely successful movie The Sound of Freedom.
Naturally, some people get falsely accused of pedophilia, and that’s reprehensible.
However, conservatives have their heart in the right place when they say they oppose the abuse of society’s most vulnerable.
Accusations of rampant left-wing pedophilia may at times be exaggerated, but are not without some basis in fact.
For example, a Black Lives Matter (BLM) activist in New Hampshire was arrested on child pornography charges. This is not an isolated case.
In Canada, left-wing influencers such as Dean Blundell and Ryan Imgrund have faced credible accusations of inappropriate sexual behaviour in regards to minors.
Blundell, a former radio host turned blogger, was sanctioned by Canada’s broadcast regulator and forced to apologize for making inappropriate sexual remarks about children.
Imgrund, a former school teacher and MSM Covid-19 “expert,” had his teaching license permanently revoked after he was found guilty of abusing underage students within his care.
Toronto 99 previously reported on Blundell’s and Imgrund’s inappropriate behaviour to near radio silence from those left of centre on the political spectrum.
Perhaps the left and far-left should clean up their own rooms before taking jabs at conservatives.
After all, conservatives appear to be the only ones with an interest in keeping children safe from dangerous predators.
