Premier Smith vows to CRUSH the World Economic Forum

The premier of Alberta is taking no prisoners in her battle against globalist elites.

Danielle Smith, the recently elected premier of Alberta, is living up to her commitment to cut ties with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and end the organization’s influence in the province.

I find it distasteful when billionaires brag about how much control they have over political leaders. That is offensive. The people who should be directing government are the people who vote for them,” Smith was quoted as saying to reporters in 2022.

Since winning the recent provincial election in Alberta, Smith has prioritized challenging WEF-sponsored ideas, such as net-zero electricity.

The premier is currently battling the Trudeau government, recently telling his minister Steven Guilbeault to keep his green agenda far away from the province.

The Trudeau government is pushing policies that align closely with what is advocated for by the WEF. The Liberal government and the WEF are both in favour of reducing carbon emissions, even at the cost of people’s livelihoods.

The WEF states on its website that “a transition to a more inclusive, sustainable, affordable, and secure global energy system is imperative.” The organization directly advocates for a “zero-carbon-emissions future.”
