Pfizer hit with massive lawsuit after young boy dies

If found liable, the Big Pharma company will be on the hook for millions of dollars to an Ontario father.

Pfizer is facing a lawsuit in Ontario Superior Court which seeks $36.5 million in damages for negligence and wrongful death.

The action was filed by Ontario resident Daniel Hartman who claims his young child died as a result of taking the Pfizer vaccine.

The Plaintiff pleads that the wrongful death of his son Sean Hartman, was caused by the negligence of the Defendants,” according to the Statement of Claim, which was filed in late September by attorneys at Umar Sheikh Personal Law.

Hartman runs an X (Twitter) page with the username Answers4Sean, which features pictures and videos of his now deceased son.

The lawsuit gained the attention of popular conservative media outlets, including the Western Standard in Canada, and Infowars in the United States.

None of the claims have been proven in court. Despite the risk of serious injury or death in rare cases, vaccines are still considered safe and effective by health authorities across the world, including Canada.

If the lawsuit is successful, it would set a precedent which will allow other victims of Pfizer’s vaccines to sue the company for damages.
