Toronto subways face IMMINENT closure as workers threaten to strike

Canada’s biggest city continues to crumble under Chinese-asset Olivia Chow’s rule.

Toronto’s transit system may soon come to a halt, as the union representing transit workers threatens to strike if its contract demands are not met, as was reported by local media.

The union, Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) Local 113, represents 10,000 workers and has the power to shut down public transit in Canada’s largest city.

This comes after a court decided that the TTC is no longer an “essential service,” which gives employees the ability to strike.

Toronto’s public transit, known as the Toronto Transit Commission or TTC for short, is the most heavily used transit system in Canada, with a ridership of over 2 million per week.

Olivia Chow has struggled to keep Toronto functioning properly, as pro-Hamas demonstrators block major roadways on a near-daily basis.

Toronto 99 previously reported on the wave of pro-Hamas demonstrations that continue to cripple major intersections, such as Yonge and Bloor.
