Jail time is back on the table for members and friends of the Trudeau government, as the police begin their crackdown.
The RCMP have allegedly raided the home of the operator of GC Strategies, as part of a fraud investigation into the ArriveCan app, as was reported by Conservative MPP Michael Barrett.
“GC Strategies was paid $20 million on ArriveScam and did no IT work,” claimed Barrett on X (Twitter) Wednesday afternoon.
The RCMP launched an investigation into the Liberal government’s failed app after outcry from the Conservative government.
Trudeau himself faces possibly jail time in relation to the scandal. The prime minister narrowly avoided prosecution over the Aga Khan scandal, when the RCMP mysteriously refused to press charges.
