Smith to Guilbeault: ‘Hands off Alberta’s parks’

The premier of Alberta continues to fight for the best interests of her people.

The premier of Alberta, Danielle Smith, is telling Justin Trudeau and his federal government to keep their hands away from Alberta’s urban parks.

This is part of the latest spat between the conservative leader of Alberta and the left-wing government in Ottawa.

In a recent interview with 770 CHQR, Smith slammed Trudeau’s radical environment minister Steven Guilbeault, calling him an “ideologue” that is impossible to work with.

Smith criticized Guilbeault, accusing him of wanting to steal land from the people of Alberta and put it under the control of the federal government.

The Albertan premier ended the interview by stating she won’t tolerate Guilbeault telling her and her people what to do.

Guilbeault and Smith have been at odds since Smith took control of the United Conservative Party (UCP). Issues involve overreach by the federal government, and disputes over the controversial carbon tax.

Guilbeault is a convicted criminal that has become infamous for his radical views on climate change. Toronto 99 previously reported on how Guilbeault shared content from another convicted criminal, Justin Burrows, on his X (Twitter) account.
