Pierre Poilievre continues to lead the federal Conservative Party (CPC) to victory, as the scandal plagued Liberal Party (LPC) continues to crash and burn.
A recent poll by Ipsos suggests that the CPC has a near 20-point lead over the LPC, which aligns with other recent polls.
43% of Canadians support the CPC, whereas only 24% of Canadians support the LPC, according to an online poll conducted Apr. 18.
The Trudeau government has struggled to maintain support, in part due to a series of ongoing scandals including the ArriveCan fraud, Chinese state inference, and economic mismanagement.
Poilievre has promised to undo unpopular policies implemented by the Trudeau government, including the controversial carbon tax.
