Will Smith apologizes after SLAPPING Chris Rock at the academy awards

Actor Will Smith has come forward to apologize for slapping comedian Chris Rock at the Academy Awards last night.

Will Smith apologized to Chris Rock, the attendees, and the viewers for his violent behaviour on live TV on Sunday night.

Smith slapped Rock after he made a joke about the actor’s wife. Smith now acknowledges that “violence in all its forms is violent and destructive.”

He ended his apology by stating he is a “work in progress.”
