The Canadian prime minister is not only failing Canadians, he is failing the people of Japan and Germany, too.
Michael Chong, Conservative MP representing the riding of Wellington-Halton Hills, took aim at Justin Trudeau for “dragging his heals” on providing natural gas to allies Japan and Germany.
The Canadian prime minister has refused to increase imports of natural gas to other countries, despite the obvious economic benefits of doing so.
The prime minister of Japan, Fumio Kishida, met with Trudeau earlier in the week to beg the prime minister for more natural resources.
However, it appears the Canadian prime minister is more concerned with keeping up with the appearance of being an environmentally-conscious leader, than doing anything that will benefit Canadians or the economy.
