Trudeau’s RCMP is compromised by the CCP, one former Mountie is in custody

Chinese interference in Canada runs deeper than what was previously thought.

A former RCMP officer has been charged criminally for allegedly working with Communist China (CCP), as was revealed in a press release issued Friday by the federal police force.

An RCMP investigation has led to the arrest and charges against William Majcher, age 60, from Hong Kong.

According to the investigation, Mr. Majcher allegedly used his knowledge and his extensive network of contacts in Canada to obtain intelligence or services to benefit the People’s Republic of China.

Mr. Majcher appeared today at the Longueuil courthouse by videoconference charged with two counts under the Security of Information Act: preparatory acts for the benefit of a foreign entity and conspiracy.

This comes as the Trudeau government faces accusations of colluding with, or receiving help from, the CCP in the last two elections. The prime minister has continuously rejected calls for a transparent, public inquiry into the matter.

While Trudeau technically does not direct the RCMP, 30% of its funding comes from the federal government. The RCMP has faced criticism in the past for refusing to press charges against the prime minister for various crimes he has been accused of committing.
