The school system in Canada has gone full woke.
A teacher’s union in Kingston, Ontario is clamping down on conservative views in the classroom, threatening teachers with discipline if guidelines are not followed.
If teachers suggest that their are only “two genders” or use phrases such as “ladies and gentleman,” they can face consequences. This comes from an exclusive report by non-legacy media outlet True North.
In an e-mail sent by the union to teachers, a long list of forbidden words and phrases are included, such as “aboriginal” or “murderer.”
The e-mail specifically forbids supporting a “so-called ‘right wing’ political view,” leaving little doubt about the political bias of the teacher’s union.
This confirms what many parents have suspected: that the school board, specifically the unions, has begun to kowtow to the left-wing outrage mob.
Parents across the country have expressed concern that teachers are using their positions to impose their political beliefs on students. While radical left-wing views are tolerated, traditional conservative views are not.
