Class-action lawsuit filed against federal government over Covid vaccines

Albertans injured by Covid vaccines have a chance to fight for compensation.

The federal government, along with the government of Alberta, have been served with a class-action lawsuit in relation to Covid vaccines.

The lawsuit, filed by Rath and Company, seeks damages on behalf of Albertans that were injured by Covid vaccines. The lawsuit was announced on X (Twitter) Thursday by lawyer Eva Chipiuk.

The lawsuit claims that the federal and Albertan government were “negligent, provided information they knew to be false and incomplete, and that they censored and suppressed truthful and reliable information about vaccine injuries thereby vitiating informed consent and causing harm to [the plaintiff] and many others in Alberta.”

It is unfortunate that citizens have to resort to suing their own government for the harms cases by the vaccine,” Chipiuk told Toronto 99 when asked for a comment about the lawsuit.

“The vaccine injury program which should be the way the vaccine injured get compensated allocated more money to the administrative contractors than to the injured themselves. This is not reasonable and this needs to be addressed.”

Residents of Alberta that believe they were injured by the Covid vaccine are urged to register online.

None of the claims in the lawsuit have been tested in court. Toronto 99 previously reported on active lawsuits against various jurisdictions of the Canadian government in regards to Covid vaccines.

While vaccines can lead to serious injury or even death, these occurrences are extremely rare. Despite the active lawsuits, Health Canada still considers Covid vaccines to be “safe and effective.”

This is a great idea. Canadians everywhere will be grateful for this action.

If the Courts, particularly the Supreme Court, reject this lawsuit, the suit needs to be resubmitted correcting any errors or omissions, until we get our judgement. I’m afraid the courts will try to sweep this crime under the carpet.

We lost parents, grandparents, great grandparents, loved ones, and we are still losing them because the mRNA vaccinations ARE gene therapy and those who took the shots will die sooner as a result. They can’t be removed, they are the ‘Mark of the Beast’ as referred to in the Bible.

All in the name of population reduction. This is genocide and we know it. Everyone knew the experiment was intentional.
